Engrave the face of the one you loved — in colour, forever.
The photograph is engraved with true sharpness into the slate — resistant to time, sun and rain. Name, dates and message included. You see the design before we produce anything, and pay nothing before approving.
The photo looks real. Forever.
The photograph is engraved in colour directly into the slate — with real detail, not like a print that fades. The face of the one you loved is preserved with sharpness and dignity, resistant to sun, rain and the decades.

Frequently asked questions about headstones with a photo
Is the photo in colour?
Yes — the photograph is engraved in colour with real detail. The sharper the original photo, the more beautiful the result. We always treat the image before engraving.
What quality of photo do I need to send?
The sharper, the better. But don't worry — we treat the image before engraving and always show you the result for approval. We never engrave without your yes.
Does the photo withstand the outdoors?
Yes. The engraving is prepared to last outdoors — in sun and rain — without losing colour or definition over the years.
Can I see the design before production?
Always. We send a complete preview before any production. Nothing goes ahead without the family's consent. That is a guarantee of ours.
What is the difference between laser engraving and UV printing?
Laser engraving cuts the text into the stone with permanent relief — ideal for names and dates. UV printing makes it possible to reproduce colour photographs with real photographic detail, directly on the slate. On our headstones we use the two techniques together: the text goes by laser, the photo by UV.
How much does a headstone with a photo cost?
Headstones with a photograph have the same base price as the rest: from 35 € for the smallest size, 14×22 cm. The price includes the photo, the name, the dates and the message. There is no extra charge for the photograph. Shipping is worked out separately and stated in the quote, before you decide.
Will the photo look the same as the original photograph?
It will be very close, but the result depends on the quality of the photo you send. The sharper the original, the more beautiful the result. We always treat the image before engraving — and we send a preview for approval.
Can I return the headstone once it is engraved?
Pieces engraved to order are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal, under article 17 of Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 — at any firm. That is precisely why we only produce after you approve the design, with no advance payment: if the piece arrives different from the design you approved, we correct or replace it at no cost.
